Our strategy focuses on Five Key Aims which will help us ensure our educational philosophy is embedded throughout the school. These aims also provide a framework to drive the school forward and allow us to achieve our vision.

Strategic Plan 2024 and beyond

Over the second half of 2023, the Governors and Senior Leadership Team carried out a review of our strategy to develop a plan to drive the School forward and enable us to achieve our vision. We have identified three strategic goals to ensure girls continue to benefit from a unique Sherborne Girls’ experience and world-class education. These are underpinned by six core pillars, which outline our educational priorities. Work on our strategic goals is already underway and the Senior Leadership Team and staff are preparing their development plans to transition to the new six pillars from September. Our Strategic Plan for 2024 and beyond is summarised in this booklet and below.
